I love how you started off by pointing out that our loving relationship with our partner has a direct effect on our kids. You have to be honest from the start to avoid the hassles and disappointments later on.Rina Baraz Nehdarhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05492827866558457255noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4500549983421586674.post-38803594366570708212013-05-29T16:08:43.173-07:002013-05-29T16:08:43.173-07:00Great articel! I found a great babysitter at Sittercity, who we've had for the past 2 1/2 years (who I pay $12/hr for 3 little kids). She also helps with the cleaning during downtime. I agree that asking questions about what they would do in specific situations is very important. It tells you a lot about their experience level and if they're a fast thinker in a tough situation. Also tell them what you expect right in the beginning. Once they've started watching TV when the kids are napping, it's hard to get them to do anything productive! And I'm not paying someone $10-12 / hr to watch TV.Rachel Jnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4500549983421586674.post-55322394966471020812013-05-29T07:51:07.523-07:002013-05-29T07:51:07.523-07:00Great article Rina! You can also ask if they're CPR certified, just in case!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4500549983421586674.post-17387070234059831642013-05-28T23:15:43.027-07:002013-05-28T23:15:43.027-07:00I love sittercity!
